Eight Week Mindfulness-Based Programme (MBP)

This eight week secular mindfulness meditation course is suitable for beginners and consolidators of mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness can increase your awareness and enjoyment of life, reduce stress and depression and allow you to be more fully present.

The course requires 20-30 minutes of daily home practice and is open to anyone who is able to commit to this level of home practice and who intends to attend all eight sessions.

The course explores a variety of themes and secular mindfulness practices such as the raisin meditation, the Bodyscan, mindful movement, working with the breath, body and sounds and cultivating compassion.
