BARRE FITNESS – Your body sculpting workout!
A beautiful class combining elements of ballet, Pilates and conditioning for an effective overall body-toning workout.
Performed at the ballet barre, this class is low impact but high intensity so expect to work hard and feel the burn. By performing repeated small isometric contractions and using the ballet barre plus a series of small equipment, you’ll tone your bottom, thighs, arms and core. Most of the class is performed standing with a small section done on mats on the floor. Limited spaces.
The classes will be on a Friday morning starting on Friday 10th January: 9.30-10.20am
