PILATES – group classes for men and women with focus on beginners
Pilates is a series of controlled and progressive movements that concentrates on core strength, posture, balance and flexibility.
It requires concentration and focus, because you move your body through precise ranges of motion. Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in a balanced fashion. In this class we do 15-20 minutes of standing Pilates before we go down on the mat. Anyone at any age can get started with Pilates. Limited spaces.
The classes will be on a Friday morning starting on Friday 10th January: 10.30-11.30am
